Hi Guys,
Recently I applied for my GC based on my wife's I-130 application for me . I got my work permit before my H1 visa expired on 01/01/05 . I did not inform my employer of the status change in my case .
Do I have to inform my employer of my status change ?
Since more than 6 months have elapsed since I got my work permit and I did not mention this to my employer , will this be an issue ?
Please advise. Any help will be appreciated
