I485 - Second RFE

Hi Gurus,

I received a RFE (employment verification letter) on Mar 25, and CIS received my response on Apr 15. Yesterday they sent out another RFE. Do you have any guess or experience on what it could be?

It had happened to me. As per company lawyer 1'st RFE was for H1 approvals
and 2'nd RFE was for employment letter. My case was approved a few days
after 2'nd rfe response was received by USCIS.

Also keep in mind that ..sometimes uscis online system keeps indicating that another RFE is sent but actually no RFE is ever sent. That also happened to me some time after 2'nd RFE was issused and I was about to post in this forum enquiring about the nightmare 3rd RFE..which never came.

Could you please tell us how much time USCIS gives for you to send the second I485 RFE? For the first I485 RFE, USCIS gives approximately ten weeks.
