I485 RFEs that requires employer help

I got my I140 approved but 485 is still pending. I am thinkin of changing employer without filing AC21. I just want to know What are the possible I485 RFEs that'd need documents from employer? For eg. if it is EVL I need get employment letter from my employer.

You have to produce EVL from current employer if asked for EVL and you can invoke AC21 at that time.

But my question is what are the common 485 RFEs that would require employer's help? I mean if it is birth certificate/medical related RFE I don't need employer's help. I'd like to know what are the RFEs that requires employer's support.

The biggest is the Employment Verification Letter. The other thing I can think of is finiacial ability of employer (tax returns, annual reports, W2 of employees etc).
