I got an RFE from the NSC yesterday.
1. Letter from Prospective employer for position, pay etc. - Mine is future employment. - This I can easily provide.
2. Letter showing that my current company's name has changed - I have this and can provide.
3. I have a middle name and last name - in One H1b Petition the attorney used my middle name as last name - INS wants a clarification - How do I reply to this ? My SSN card, Birth Certificate and Passport show both Names (fortunately).
