Hi Gurus,
My Wife's I485 RFE needs 3 information:
1. W2-Fed Tax returns for the last 2 years
2. Copy of Permanent Resident approval notice for the Spouse
3. Employment verification Letter(from her present company).
She came to this country by the end of Nov-2003 in H1B Visa.
But she got job Only in Mar-2004. (she was not placed for 3 months).
For year the 2003 she doesn't have W2 or Tax returns. (since She came by the end of the year-2003). But she have W2 and Tax returns for the year 2004.
From Aug-2004 onwards she is on EAD.
Will it be a problem Since she doesn't have W2/Tax returns for the year 2003?
Appreciate your help and response.
