I recieved emails from the USCIS Nebraska regarding I485 RFE on March 01,2005 form me and my wife.

Here is the email message " On February 28, 2005, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case. The notice explains in detail what additional material is needed. If you have questions about the notice, what is required, or if 14 days have passed and you have not received the notice, please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283."

The attorney got my wife RFE last Thursday March 10,2005 and still did not get my RFE. Is this normal to happen? Will the USCIS issue other RFE copy when I call them as they mentioned in their email after 14 days?

Same here too . our rfe on Birth certificate ...my rfe never reached our lawyer office...

I called NSC after 14 days... and they told me to call after 30 days... called after 30 days... we got the new rfe letter within one week...

The RFE goes to your lawyer. I just had mine Fax me a copy of it.
The lawyer will respond to the RFE because he has the original letter which must be submited with the RFE and a special labeled envelope also.
 
I got RFE for I-485. It required me to send all nonimmigraiton status(F-1 and H-1B) in states again as well as transcripts. Does anyone have the same situation? Is this reqest normal?

I got the same. On top of that, I need to submit an employment verification letter.
