I485 RFE not received, need suggestions

I had an RFE on 485 on August 9th, but never received it,as my lawyer moved and never updated the address to USCIS, since then he has updated the address, but still no RFE has been received.
I called USCIS, the response date is some time in november,
so now what are my options
1, Should i change lawyer, as i am not sure if the current lawyer is telling truth that he has not received RFE, i got letter from USCIS saying new RFE where send on August 30.
2, Should i stay with the current lawyer and see how it goes down
3, What happens if i never receive RFE this month also
4, What does USCIS do in this case,
5, Where can i find a good lawyer who can handle this case
6, Can i take leagal action this current lawyer for messing these things.

Hi kulkarni_ash,
First thing "Dont Worry" It will not be denied on the basis of not getting the RFE as you already contacted or made enquiry with USCIS. Few things you need to do as I did the same.
1. Make record whenever you talk to 1800# customer service at USCIS. Write the name and ID # and the matter you discussed along with date every time you call them.
2. Talk to your attorney and if you have changed the job and not filed AC21 then go ahead do that, file AC21 immidiately and not wait further for RFE as most of the RFEs are about submitting the Evaluation Letter from Current Employer.
3. Contact your area congress man and give all the details.
4. Write Letter to USCIS giving your address/fax/email and explaining them that you do not received the RFE send it again.
5. Fax a letter to 214-962-5428 to USCIS telling them to Re-send the RFE.

I have the same problem and my RFE was sent around July 19th I still havnt got it (they put Intend to Deny on my case because of this). But I did all the above and I am waiting to receive the RFE.I guess I will get it this week.

Again, it will not be denied for sure on the issue of not received the RFE by you.
