I485- RFE mailed but not recieved yet

I checked online status for my case it mentions that, "On 22nd July we have mailed RFE letter ..."

I or my lawyer have not recieved this RFE letter yet. I had done change of address 8 mths back and filed AR11 form also for all applicants.
BCIS mailed me 2nd FP on 22nd June and I recieved it on 25 June on my current address however for my kid they had mailed to old address which went undelivered and reached my current address only last week.
I contacted BCIS national customer service about RFE letter not recieved, but they donot have much information they just read online case status.
Any of you guys have similar experience with address change and not recieving mail to current address but sent to old address ?
Its so much frustrating.

I am in the same boat.
The online message says that RFE has been sent on July 22nd but I haven't received it yet.

My lawyer received the RFE y'day, I haven't received it yet.
