My I140 was approved and I485 RD 8/18/2003
L1A visa from 9/11/2001 - 9/11/2003
Extension for L1 visa denied after RFE but had already received EAD.
first EAD 10/25/2003 - 10/24/2003
Second EAD 11/4/2004 - 11/3/2005
Have now received RFE asking for "evidence of work authorization from 9/11/2003".
As my L1 extension application ahd been submitted I actually ahd work autorization from 9/11/2003 to the start of my first EAD on 10/25/2003.
However I am not sure that it will be wise toi bring any attention to the L1 extension that was denied.
I am thinking of submitting just the 2 EAD's. Do you think the two gaps of 44 days and then 10 days will be a problem? I have read that up to 180 days is okay.
Appreciate any input.
