My brother lives in Las Vegas he submitted the I130 and I485 as well as the other forms necessary. When my sister in law sent the paperwork in she did not attach the affidavit of support or the medical exam with her I485, she was told to do so. At a later date she received a letter(s) saying she needed to submitt the affidavit as well as the medical exam for the case to continue, She says she did so and sent them in to the address on the letters. She has subsequently received a letter saying her I130 was approved, however she also received a letter saying the I485 (as well as the work permit form) was rejected since they did not receive the affidavit of support, What is she and he to do now. Do they have to start over or can she resumbitt the paperwork in question and how would she go about that, Any info is appreciated
