I485 reinstatement issue

Hi guys,
I have one issue regarding my I-485 application and I got mixed responses, so I am confused. I came to USA on 09/06/2000 as student. I did not take full course load in the first semester so my school issued me a new I-20 and applied for reinstatement on 09/22/2000 which got approved on 10/18/2000.

Now my I 485 is pending and I have recieved finger printing request and advance parole document and want to travel abroad. Question is:
1-Does reinstatement has any negative impact on my I 485 at all?
2- Should I travel abraod on AP bcs technically I was out of status for about a month, does reinstatement took care of it?

I am so confuse any help appreciated.
