I485 receipt notice lost - Please help

I doubt that you can get a duplicate. Mine was returned by USPS Dec. 2001 as undeliverable and when I asked CIS to resend it they said No.
Don't worry though. I have been without one all these years and I am soon to be approved as CIS has mailed an RFE (I don't know what the RFE is for).

Thank You. The reason i m worried is coz my case was transferred to local INS Office(Atlanta) and i was informed that i will have an interview . Im employment based EB3.

Thats why i panicked as i dont know if i need to take the receipt notice for the interview.

Why don't you contact your lawyer. Normally they will keep duplicate in their office.
