I'm pretty new to all this GC process, so do bare with me if I ask a silly question.
I am currently on the last phase of my GC process, the I485 approval. My receipt date with the Nebraska office is Aug 10th 2007 and I see that on the USCIS site, they are currently processing Aug 10th 2007. I cannot remember my priority date off the top of my head, but I know it's either late 2006 or early 2007.
But based on the Nebraska office date (Aug 10th 2007), does this mean they will be processing my I485 soon? I've done all my finger prints (back in 2007) and I hope the name check has been done.
I am going through EB2 and I am a UK citizen.
