i485 question?

Hi,Got my i140 approved on jan 27 2004,My receipt date dec 8,2003.My employer using labor subtitute for me.
I have a question,the approval of i140 have a priority date stated march 14,2001.Is that mean my i485 will be using the same priority?If yes,Then my case will be process faster right?
Anyone have the similar case like me?

Priority date determines whether you are eligible to apply for I-485 or not. It is not related to the processing time.
