I485 Processing Times

Hi Every one.

I got my I140 approved in the last week. I am applying for I485 this week. I am from India and EB2. Can anyone tell me how many days the process is going to take(Approx). Also can any one guide me what are the steps involved in this.

My suggestion to you, Go for CP.. Dont even bother applying for AOS with I-485

I suggest that you read the FAQ on some of the sites. Go to immigration.com (Rajiv Khanna\'s home page) and read the FAQ.

CP stands for counsellor processing, where in you go the US embassy in your home country and get your approval. It is much faster compared to I-485.
