Just got 485 approval notice in post mail yesterday, lawyer received official 140 and 485 approval notice yesterday, but no news on husband's 485. Online message for husband's 485 still says "fingerprint notice mailed ....", called USCIS, an immigrant officer said husband's 485 actually is still pending, any idea why my husband's 485 is still pending? Is it possible my husband's fingerprint didn't go through and how to check that? Does anybody encounter similar situation? please help, Thanks a lot,
