I485 pending and jobless

485 pending
Now jobless...
Please anyone advice us. Do we need to be in job while 485 approval?
We have a plan to visit India after our FP in April using AP.
What are the possible problems while 485 pending and jobless, travel using AP. Please advice us. We are in critical situation....We need immediate help.

Try to get a job quickly with the similar job description if you are in software. It is probably tough to find an american company soon enough. Try indian company. You will definitely find some company willing to hire you as long as you are ready to do contracts through them.

485 pending and jobless

Thank you for your information. My husband is a research scientist applied for GC thru' EB2 category - Self.
We have EAD and AP. May be we will have to find a job soon... He is sick. That's why we need to take a break and visit India. My concern is travelling and back using our AP but without job, entry will be a problem, if we get our 485 approval at the time of our visit?
Any suggestions will be appreciated.
