Please help.
I got my I140 for EB1EA approved in 5 months in Sep, 2005. The I485 was a concurrent filing. I have not heard anything about an appt for finger printing or photos etc.
Should I use the lawyer's congressional intervention services or is consular proceiing an option?
Is this common? Or am I the only chosen one?
I am so frustrated that I don't have my GC, 1.5 yrs after qualifying through EB11. And I dont know when this will happen. The answer to enquiries talk about a security check delay.

I am also in EB-1, I-485 RD: Jan 31, 2005 - waiting for almost 2 years now. I am stuck in name check. I-140 was approved on Nov 16, 2005.

No records found on FOIPA, contacted senator, went for an infopass 2 months back - status still the same - "FBI name check / background check pending".

Now my lawyer is going to contact the USCIS ombudsman and the AILA liasion.

Seriously thinking about filing a writ of mandamus!

My FP1 have expired - we were fingerprinted in August 2005. Haven't gotten second FP notices as yet.

Very frustrating!

My FP has expired (was taken in April '05).
Any explanation of what this message could mean?

Thank you

I do not think this message means much beyond what it states. I have the exact same message. I was fingerprinted in Aug. 2005. I am stuck in name check as well.
