i485 NOID, less w2 for 2004 ?

i485 NOID for NOT submitting h1's, now I have less w2 for 2003 ?

Hi

I got my i140 APPROVED and RFE for i485 due to negligence of my attorney by not submitting first couple of H1B documents. SO the Notice of Intent to Deny accusing me of not maintaining status so providing those 2 h1b's should solve it

However, they have whole bunch of other docs such as W2, paystubs, birthcerticate etc.. Now, I have changed my employer and location after 1 year of filing my I485 (concurrent to i140) and I went to INDIA for about 6 months after coming back was umemployed for a while so I have very little money on my W2, will that cause a problem?
My atty says no! his concern was I should get paid to the labour rate which I do. We have already responded to the RFE and waiting..

Now, I have a very good PERMANENT job offer on table which would pay little less than labor rate, I can't afford loosing this offer, what should I do? Thinking optimistically should I take this offer?

Any honest suggestions are appreciated!

similar job description but different title

Thank you for your time. Yes, he has submitted company tax information and he looked at company profile and said they are ok. Do you still want me to invoke another AC21 ?

And Yes, I moved from NY to LA so cost of living is less.

I missed out to say that the NEW JOB OFFER on table has similar job description but different title (systems co-ordinator), my labor approved as programmer, will that might be a problem?

The new job offer is GOVERNMENT JOB, infact I told this to my lawyer before even responding to RFE but he chose to pick the current private employer because my hourly rate was higher and on top of it he thinks the GOVERNMENT EMPLOYER will not co-operate on issuing documents, if any required, relevant to my case.
 
H1B Renewal documents

Do we need to submit H1 B documents also for the 485 . I recently extended my H1 B ( for the next 3 years ) , do we need to submit those papers also , if one has already submitted all the documents required for the 485 ?

Please let me know .
 
Just like my case, If you get RFE or NOID do you have an option? :)
