Dear Attorney,
I just checked the automatic voice message systems of NSC for my I-485 case. NSC told that they transfered my case to INS Portland offce, and said that Portland office will make interview or further action . But They didn't give any phone number(Portland office) which I can check for further information. I know the I-485 processing time in Portland office is about 1050 days currently, one of the slowest of nationwide. So,
1. what posibility will be or what will hapen to me next?
2. How long could I go to interview? What's the further action mean?
3. what should I prepare in the meantime?
4. Is my I485 difficult to success? (change Job)
5. If the case is denied, is there any method to remedy? appeal?

RD 05/2001
ND 06/2001
FP 11/2001
RFE 07/2002

Any advice is a great help, please let me know. Your timely reply is highly appreciated. Thanks very much. Siny
