I have Luds on my case Everyday since 1/2/2008
filed at NSC 7/19
PD - 7/2003
FP-10/23 , LUD on 10/23,10/24

Soft LUD : 1/2/2008,1/3,1/4
Soft LUD on spouse 485 : 1/2/2008

LUD on 485 01/04/08 --- LUD on 140 11/11/07 -- EB3 Apr 2003

my 140 approved in 2006 and there was soft LUD on 11/11/07
Today there is a soft LUD on 485.

Anyone has soft LUD on 485, with a soft LUD on 140 previously.

Dont know how many sleepless nights it will cause

just to let u know, i got a LUD 12/30/2007 on I-140 ( 2006 approved)
