My I 485 ND 10/27/04 Lud has changed today 11/30/04. Can any one tell me from their or their friends experience what this means. More details are in signature.

Mine is exactly similar situation.

485 ND: October 2003
140 approved June 6, 2004
FP on October 29, 2004
FP Recd: Nov 4,2004 (LUD Changed)
LUD changed on 485 with today's (11/30/2004) date with no change in msg..

Maybe we can expect some approval news soon, I guess.

same for me

Same thing happened for myself and my wife. LUD changed this morning to 11/30/2004 for both myself and my wife. Both of us have the same receipt dates, FP dates etc. Details are in my signature. Is there some mass update ( hopefully approval ) going on to beat the Jan 1, 2005 deadline?

I heard that I-485 processing is going to stop for sometime for all cases pending beyond Jan 1st 2005!!

Noticed that all the poeple who responded earlier have similar I-485 ND as mine ( October 2003 ), hopefully we will all gte approved soon!!

If your LUD changes once or twice again with no message change (for no known reason E.g. FP, EAD, RFE etc), your GC should arrive in 1-2 weeks after the LUD change.
