I485 Issue

Hi Guys,
When does this name check come into picture,will it come before they open my I485 file or after.
My LUD on I485 has changed recently and I am a dependent and the primary already got her greencard.
So i am wondering if they are waiting for my name check to be cleared.
Any input is appriciated.

Name check should be conducted with fingerprint review. If you got info after being fingerprinted to show that your fingerprint review is done, then your name check is done. Sometimes the dependent GC is approved much later than that of the principal applicant.
