I485 is pending: Can I land in CANADA and return on AP

My 485 (USA Green CARD) is pending under EB3. I work on EAD and 6years visa is expired. I also had filed for my Canadian Permanent Resident, and I would have to go to Canada for few days before end of Jan 2008 in order to get my PR card.
WILL THERE BE ANY PROBLEM TO RE-ENTER UNITED STATES ON "ADVANCE PAROLE/EAD", AFTER LANDING FOR CANADIAN PR IS DONE? I just wanted to make sure that US border Patrol have no problems, if I went to Canada to get Canadian Permanent Residence.

You don't have a green card yet, and it is not against any rule to be a PR of Canada or another country while the green card is pending. Canada is where you will go if your I-485 is rejected and you have to leave the US, and you can tell the US border patrol that if they ask. However, you may want to keep things simple by not volunteering that you went to Canada for the purpose of getting your PR status.

Once the green card is approved that's a different story though.
