I485 interview in New York

Hello,
I hope somebody can share his or her experience on this unique situation.
I had my green card a year ago,also my 3 daughters got theirs too.I was working in New York and is an eb3.Then I moved to Florida to start a new business.However,my wife still live in New York because her case got tranfered to district office,she is there to help my sister to care for her baby until her green card arrive.She come home(Florida)once a month for a week.
Yesterday she received letters schedule her for fingerprinting and interview.
And she is holding Florida driving licence.
1)will she has a problem during her interview because husband in Florida?

Please,I really need your advice.

No it does not make any difference. There is no problem.
