I485 inquiry

My RD is Aug. 30, 2002.
I want to file for I485 inquiry by call the 800 number.
1. what information do I need to give them?
2. how long would they reply my inquiry?
3. what kind of response can I expect?

Please share your experience.

2) Typically 30-60 days
3) The Date posted in not past 30 days of your date so please wait. I asume this is what they will tell you

Thank you, I guess I have to wait. But I have sent a letter to a local senator the week before. I have not heard anything back from him.
