my I485 and I140 filed concurrently on Sep. 23.
I140 get approved on jan 23.
When do the days start counting against 6 months to follow AC21 rule? What if I got laid off even if I485 filed for 6 months, but if counting from I140 aproved date, It is not 6 months yet. Please give me some explanation. Thanks.
