ok, I filled these 2 forms but my question is
with the i864 the tax return and stuff like that, I was wondering do they actually call IRS and verify all that data? or is it just a proof to show income, and they normally don't call?
mainly the question comes up shortly after I just filed all this for my wife, my financial adviser has been doing shady stuff with my account behind my back while I was paying him to handle my finances and file my taxes and so on I think there might be a complication and I don't want to reflect that with my wife and getting her denied.
the financial adviser was fired, and I have a lawyer trying to see what he has done in my name.
