Hello all,
I am wondering if anyone can help me with my issue. I have went for the interview for my spouse based green card application on may of 2003, the officer stated that it required further approval. until now i have not received any notices from ins regarding my case, what can i do to check on my case ? I tried the online case tracker but my notices never had a LIN or 3 digit alpha character. Does anyone know what are the chances of approval in this category ?
