I485 - H1B still available until 2002:could I apply for EAD ?

Hi,
My status: EB3, other, RD: 9/00, ND:10/00 , waiting for FP
My H1B will expire in 2002 but now and I have an opportunity to have a second job.
Does anyone know if I could apply myself right now an EAD so I could got my second job with another company ?

Yes, You can apply the EAD/AP by yourself.

PS:
1. Apply at Local INS and you can get your EAD at same day. PA may be need 3 weeks.
2.You do not need picture for your EAD , But I need two picture for your Advance Parole which can allow you leave US and come back.( NO VISA needed)
