Hi all, I apologize for posting essentially the same question again, but I'm running out of time and would really appreciate some help here.
My NIW I-140 was approved and I-485 is pending (the priority date is "current"). I am now filing I-485 for my wife and kids. They are at the US, maintaining their non-immigrant status (J1 wife/J2 kids no HRR ). Do I need to submit Affidavit of Support with their applications? Does it matter for the family I-485 if my I-485 is pending or approved?
