I485 for Child

Real simple question for some of you GC Gurus.

In my case, me, my wife and my child have applied for GC. I and my wife cleared FP in April 2003. My child did not have to go through FP process, he was 6 then - is that normal ?

Recently, we had an RFE (Medical) for me an my wife, we submitted that (4/1/2004). No RFE for my son - is that normal ?

I don't see anything abnormal here.

Children less than 14, don't have to for FP.

Medical RFE is required for your wife only.

I know few more cases like this.

But your approval should have come and also your son's approval should have come.

Are you primary applicant or your wife ?
