Hello,
does anybody know by chance what to check in Part2 of the i485 when I am
a J1 visa holder who got married to a USC? We have checked section h.) - other basis of eligibility.
We filed i130 to the Nebraska center and the i485 to the Chicago center.
i130 got accepted (not aproved yet), but the i485 got rejected with the notice that part2 is invalid.
Could it possibly be section a) ? The customer center said definately NO.
I am really confused here.
