I need help here. I was working with a X company from 1999 to 2003.
During my employment they have filled my GC. My GC status
Priority Date : June 2001
I140 approval date: Sep 2004
Category: EB2
I have left X employer in 2003 after filling my I140. But they got my I140 approval.
After left X employer i went back to India. Now i came to USA.
Planning to join with X employer again and they are ready to file my I485.
But they are not confirming whether they have used my labor to some one or not. Because
since then their HR & Attorney has been changed. The current manager not able to track the
record or they don't have it.
How can i make sure still my I140 is vaild? Is there anyway i can find out that. I do have
copy of my I140 approval.
Employer does not have my original I140 approval.So can i file I485 using scan copy.
I am very much confused whether i should join with this employer or not.
Please advice me on this.
