In the I-485 form, I have to enter the expiration date of my H1B Visa. But I don't know what to enter because of the following reason. Please help me out.
My 6yrs of H1B completed as of May '07. And since my I-140 is already approved, my employer filed for 3yrs of H1B extension in May. And I am yet to get the H1B extension approval. But I have the H1B extension Receipt Notice from the USCIS. So, please let me know what I should enter in the I-485 form where they ask for my visa expiration date.
Can I go ahead and enter the expiration of my expired H1B ie., May 2007?Anyway, I am going to attach the H1B extension receipt number also? when I file I-485.
