I have an approved I 140 PERM was approved on 11/30/2005. (Another I140 applied on 1/30/2007 based on RIR Apr 04 date is pending). Based on Current date, now we will be filing I485 on 1st July 2007 for myself (H1) and my wife (H4). My daughter who turned over 21 years old in Apr 2006 or as they call it has aged out. Can I still apply for my daughter on my I 485. Prior to turning 21, she was on my H1/H4. (My daughter is a Canadian citizen and is goiung to start work on OPT after finishing her undergraduate studies in US).
