I will file my I485(not concurrently) by myself. My I140 was sent out and the received date is 6/5/07. I have read the official instruction for I485 online but still have the following questions.
1. Beside the initial evidence mentioned in the instruction of I485 on USCIS website(eg. brith cert., medical exam, employment letter, etc), are there any other things I need to submit. Do I need to submit my current paystubs or
W2? Could anyone share the list of documents for I485?
2. If I don't have the birth cert. and my parents are not living in US, is a notary from outside US acceptable? Any option for birth cert.?
3. Since my I140 has not been approved, will a received notice of I140 be sufficient to get a visa number? My priority date is 10/2003. On p.1 (part 2) of form I485, it asks: "I am applying for an adjustment to permanent resident status because:", should I check (h) other basis of eligibility or (a) an immigrant petition giving me an immediately available immigrant visa number has been approved?
