I485 filed Under 245(i)

Hello everyone,

I been reading all thread for past 8 months, I did not see that anyone file I485 under 245(i) which consider as "Grandfather" and any one got approval lately by this "Grandfather" law.

hi, we got approved in may of 2008. my father was grandfathered in under his father who petitioned him in 1986. there was some confusion because my mother was the applicant under EB-3, but she was also grandfathered in under my dad's petition so we were approved.
