I485 Filed on July2nd - Address change question

I have filed the I485/EAD/AP documents (for myself and my wife) and it was delivered to USCIS on July 2nd. My checks haven't been cashed yet.

My current apartment lease is ending on Sept 30, and we are planning to move to a new place. What would be the procedure to notify the USCIS of the address change? Does any one have any experience with changing addresses? Would you guys anticipate any issues with receiving Receipt notice/EAD Card/AP document/Finger print notices because of the address change or would my attorney receive all those?

Please advise.

Very simple: Go to USPS.com and click on "Moving? address change" in the lower right corner. Follow the instructions..
This will forward your mail to your new address for the next year. It costs 1$. Later when you get your notice of action change the address with USCIS using their form for "change of address"

Thanks for the post..

Thanks Chakalov..Please clarify if I will get the Receipt notice/EAD/AP/FP notices/approvals or if my attorney gets those directly.

Also, please clarify about the notice of action. Did you mean the receipt notice/approval notice for 485 for does USCIS send me a separate notice of action?

I am also going to be in the same boat, and would like to know what needs to be done. I know about AR-11 and forwarding of letters by USPS.

In addition to USPS website, the online AR-11 form will update the home address for all application pending with USCIS.
