I485 File ? (I140 in Pending)

Hi,

My company filed 140 last year. Now if we will file my I485 that is good or bad ? means my case become concurrent and I will not get I140 approved until I485 approve ?

Should I wait for 140 Approval ? or file I485 and get benifit of EAD ?

Help me out Please

Why would you not file 485? It allows you to use ACT21 portability if required, provided your 140 is approved and 485 is pending for 180 days, the sooner you get past the 180 days, the better it is in the current job climate.
