On december 7, 2007 we mailed the document to the address we have on file. You should receive the new document within 30 days. If you do not, or if you move before you get it, call customer service.


can some one tell me what does it mean

most probably its something lost in the mail or just a glitch in the system. I do wish you approval, but DON'T trust the cs reps who will tell you that it is the approval. I have this status for 6 month now
