I485 DOB/BC issue - Only First name present - pl advise

Anyone, pl advise on what is the best course of action for the below i am facing? ur advise is greatly appreciated...

My wife’s DOB certificate does not spell out the full name of my wife and her father. Its written as Ch.First_name daughter of Ch.First_name instead of "full_name daughter of full_name".

Also, her mothers name is not present in her DOB certificate at all, will this also cause any RFE or issue?

But we have taken DOB affidavits from her mother and father, will that suffice or should we try to correct the DOB certificate to have their full names.

I think It should be fine. My DOB has my first name only and my parents first names. Attorney said thats fine.

If at all it helps, you can get a birth certificate made from the Indian Consulate based on the information on your passport. Basically, this birth certificate will be treated as a secondary evidence. It's a 1 day job @ the consulate. Good thing is you have the affidavits signed/notarized from your parents to support it. Check with your attorney.

Should be fine. I had Consulate Birth Affidavit based on passport info and a affidavit from my parents and worked ok. Consulate even spelled my name with 'I' instead of 'EE' and I did not have any issues.....
 
I have the Birth Certificate only with the First Name for myself,my father and my mother. Can someone send me the appropriate format for the affidavit for the full name?
