hi.
I have big problem in my life.
At Mar 15 2006 I receied my wife's i485 was denied because my 1485 was denied at Apr 2004.
I never have any notice from When I applied my i485.
I check USCIS.gov web site but there is nothing change.
So I called 1-800 they said to me they could not find any change even they said my i485 is out of status and they enqury for my status.
they said it will take 30 days.
What should i do?

Ask your lawyer to fo an AILA inquiry to see what is happening. That is the fastest way.

MTR Quetion!!

Today I found LUD of mine and my wife. They change the same day that she got the denial notice. But still same message. I am getting more pessmistic. :(

Dont read into LUD's much. If you did not get any notice for your 485, immediately ask you attorney to inquire. If you dont have an attorney, see if there are any emergency numbers, faxes for NSC. You cannot file a MTR without knowing the reason why your 485 is denied. If you think it is a mistake if NSC, then send them a fax. Numbers should be listed some where on their websites.

One more Question

Thank you so much for answering my question GREENCARDVIRUS.
I Check my LUD is changed to Today. Is it good sign?
I am very nervous and I do not know How to wait until I get a notice.

I may not be right, If you have a lawyer talk to him at the earliest, If you dont have one then you can take an info pass appointment, and talk to an Immigration officer at the local office.

Absolutely right, this is the BEST option. It skipped my mind. Infopass link is on USCIS.gov
