I485 denied CSC

New Member
INS made a mistake and approved my EB3 I140 in EB2 category. My lawyer went ahead and filed the application before the priority date became current for EB3.
Details..
PD July 1999
I485 filed in May 2001 ( Two months before the priority date became current)

Would someone kindly tell me any solution other than refiling I485?
