I am married and have a child with an American citizen. I was denied my I485 cause my wife did not make enough revenue to sponsor me, and since she lost her family, we could not find a co-sponsor. 2 years later I would like to reply with a co-sponsor, will they give me any problems since I guess I have been illegal since my visa expired?
Past October I went back to Canada to visit and they denied me entry back into the US, till I could prove my residence. I snuck back into the US via a Buffalo Bills football game, and I will re-apply this week, does anyone see any problems that will arise????
