Ginnu/Jaxen: I485 date of birth correction and AP

Hi Ginnu/Jaxen,
My attorney has made another mistake while filing for son's I485. He has put in a wrong date of birth. While issuing advance parole same date has been used.

How would I correct it on the original I485 and the advance parole which has already been issued. For this I have provided all the information to make correction ( will have the certified mail receipts ).

The next AP is still pending. I am thinking of sending an expedite request. I cannot ask for this change by fax. His ticket has been booked for June 5th. I don't see the resolution can happen before that time.

If we don't get the corrected AP, is it ok to travel and show the original birth certificate, and all the correspondence we have with USCIS regarding date of birth corrections?


Please suggest my options based on your experience.
