I got a notice today from the company lawyer that my LC was certified. My case is in EB3 category and the PD is March 2005. I guess I140 shouldn't take too long. So the next big question is when my PD becomes current.
I collected the history cutoff date announced by USCIS for China and calculated the speed the cutoff date moved. The earlest date for May 05' to become current is July 08' if they keep the speed since last October. However, if I have to use the data between Mar and Jul 06', I will have to wait until the end of 2010 to file my I485. I know there is nothing I can do about it. Just wanted to figure out how much longer I need to wait.
