My I485 case has been transferred to Miami office.
1. Is any problem with my case?.
2. How long normally take to call for the Interview?.
3. Whether they will ask any questions?
My i-485 (employment based)was also transferred to miami on 30 may'02.
No response from Miami INS yet.
How long does it take to get an interview?
I talked to Immigration Info Officer and they said yuor case has been assigned to an immigration offcier and our officce will be contacting you regarding it.....
How Soon? - they don't know
