I485, Case mailed... what it means?

I just got this message when I check the status of my case online:

On March 11, 2004, the document we made based on the approval or registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued.

I called them to find out and they sent me a mail with the AR11 to change my address ???

I did a address change a couple months ago, can be that the reason why they are displaying this message?
Instead display the old message saying that my case was pending for approval?

I don't understand,

Can somebody help me?

Post your case history. That might give a clue. Can be FP notice to approval.

Writing ND/RD and little history about case would help ppl to answer more easy rather than guess.............

btw if u already had RFE and expecting approval ......and ur case is strong..... it would be Approval....... good luck
