I485 Case Filed in 2001- Still No News

My I -485 was filed on 11/21/2001, and I was first fingerprinting was done in Alexandria, VA on 04/18/2002. And second time fingerprinting was done in Alexandria, VA on 8/20/2003. I also got fingerprinted last year (2004) in October, in NJ. As I had moved to NJ.

My immigration lawyer has filed for foyer Sep2004 and we got a letter from BCIS that they received the foyer request, it has been over 120 days and I still have not received any thing. I have re-newed my EID 3 times, and have had to get 2 advance parolle.

Can someone provide guidance as to what should be my next steps ?

r u from TSC?..i've seen some long pending cases in TSC.

I suggest u can initiate an status enquiry on ur case by writing to ur application center.
